2008
In 2008, 2 friends set out to cross the Southern Tier of the United States on Bicycles. The ride left on New Years Day 2008 and finished in Key West on Earth Day 2008. Their goals were to complete the cross country bicycle ride and at the same time capture environmental perspective in the regions they passed through.
Many scientists say we are living in a very pivotal time when it comes to the environmental decisions we make today. We are reminded that the clock is ticking nearly everyday. What information is getting through to people? Who’s taking action? What does current science tell us and what do different religions say about a spiritual connection to the planet?
These are many of the questions that the bike riders asked along their 3.5 month journey across the United States where they captured nearly 170 hours of beautiful HDV footage.
